Returns Policy

At Inkmay, every product is made-to-order with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.
1. Returns
· You may request a return within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
· Eligible returns will be replaced or refunded (excluding original shipping fees).
· To process a return, please keep the item, provide a brief description of the issue, and upload photos if possible. This helps us resolve your request quickly.
2. Exchanges
· Most apparel, phone cases, and accessories may be exchanged for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery.
· Exchanges are issued as a replacement order or store credit, minus shipping fees.
· Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, to qualify for an exchange.
3. Exclusions
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
· Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged).
· Gift cards or digital products.
4. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Inkmay reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive return activity.
5. Restocking Fee
Orders with a total return value greater than $250 (before discounts and shipping) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
