Returns Policy

At Inkmay, every product is crafted with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery or during shipping, we are committed to assisting you. Below is our return, refund, and exchange policy.
1. Claims for Returns or Exchanges (Due to Inkmay Responsibility)
Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free after sales experience. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you solve the problem.
If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
If for any reason we try and are unable to print those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
To expedite your request, please provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

2. Returns or Exchanges for Customer Reasons (Personal Choice)
Eligible Items: Non-customized products, including most apparel, accessories, and home goods, may be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Fees:
For free-shipping items returned for customer reasons, a 20% restocking fee of the order amount will be deducted.
For items not shipped for free, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Item Condition Requirements: Returned items must remain in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with intact packaging.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages:
If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if the package is unclaimed, Inkmay will not cover reshipping costs; any related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If an item is returned without prior notice (e.g., due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package), the item may be donated or otherwise disposed of, and any related costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless the issue is caused by Inkmay, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customized products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards or digital products
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To speed up processing, we recommend providing the following information:

Description of the issue
Photos or videos of the item or packaging (if applicable)
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return or exchange instructions.

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
Customer-initiated returns:
Free-shipping items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Non-free-shipping items: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inkmay-responsible returns: All costs, including shipping, will be covered by Inkmay.

Inkmay reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of fraud or abuse.
Unauthorized returns or returns submitted after 30 days may be refused or only partially refunded.
