This shipping policy applies to all products (in-stock and custom-made) and clearly outlines shipping times, customer responsibilities, return/exchange procedures, and related processes to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience.
1️. Shipping Areas and Special Addresses
Shipping regions (selected U.S. states):
Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Maryland, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, New Mexico
Non-shipping regions:
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
PO Box addresses are eligible for delivery; however, customers are responsible if packages are not promptly signed for or picked up.

Processing Time
All orders (except custom products) are produced and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom products: production time starts from the customer's approval of the design and is generally completed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Note:
Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST) — orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Receiving Time=Production Time+ Shipping Time
Shipping time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and other dates that may affect transit.
Special Circumstances
If you have specific delivery requirements, especially for custom products, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
In cases of special circumstances (e.g., temporary stock shortages or production delays), shipping times may be slightly adjusted. Our customer service will notify you, and you may request a refund or alternative compensation, such as a gift card.
3️. Free Shipping and Duties
All products are shipped from U.S. domestic warehouses, and customers do not pay additional shipping fees or duties.
4️. Order Tracking and Address Responsibility
Once shipped, customers will receive an email containing a tracking number, which can be used via the provided tracking link to monitor the package status.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Inkmay is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, Inkmay is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft if the customer requests rerouting or address changes via the carrier.
5. Custom Products
Custom products are produced based on the design and materials provided by the customer.
Inkmay will make every effort to ensure print and production quality, but the final product will be based on the provided specifications.
