As a print-on-demand platform, all products are custom-made based on your order. Please review your design and order details carefully before submitting, as changes may not be possible once production begins.

5. Orders and Payments

· Payment must be made using the methods listed on our Site.
6. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
· Inkmay offers print-on-demand production, meaning each product is created after your order is placed.
· Production times and shipping estimates are listed on our Site and may vary.
· We make every effort to deliver orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or force majeure events.
7. Returns and Refunds
· Since all products are made-to-order, returns are generally only accepted in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items.
· Our full Return & Exchange Policy is available separately on the Site and clearly disclosed before checkout.
· Refunds, replacements, or credits are subject to compliance with our policies.
8. Intellectual Property
· All content on the Site (including text, images, designs, software, and branding) is the property of Inkmay or its licensors.
· Designs uploaded by users remain the property of the user, but by submitting content, you grant Inkmay a limited license to produce and ship the ordered products.
· You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Inkmay content without prior written consent.
