Custom Product Notice:
Custom products are produced according to the design you provide.
Please carefully confirm design, size, and specifications before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
Except for Inkmay’s responsibility, custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Payment and Pricing
All orders must be paid using payment methods supported on the Site.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for failed or fraudulent payments.
7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Regular products: Produced and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom products: Production begins after design confirmation, typically 1–2 business days.
Customers will receive tracking numbers to monitor their orders.
Ensure shipping addresses are complete and accurate. Inkmay is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or changed addresses.

8. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, designs, software, branding) is owned by Inkmay or its licensors.
User-submitted designs remain the property of the user, but by submitting content, you grant Inkmay a limited license to produce and deliver the ordered products.
You may not use, copy, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. User Comments and Content
By submitting comments or content, you grant Inkmay a license to use it on the Site and for marketing purposes.
Content must not infringe third-party rights or contain harmful code.
